I recently had a stay at Fraser Place Kuala Lumpur and overall it was pretty great, but there were a few bumps along the way. The location is spot on, right in the center of the city and near the Petronas Towers, and my room was clean with a super comfy bed. However, the breakfast was a letdown, lacking flavor and variety. Also, the communication from staff could use some improvement, particularly at check-in.

My room was impeccably clean and spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed. The separate sitting area gave me some space to relax. However, I did have to deal with a slightly old and dingy view at first, which wasn’t what I expect from a premium hotel.

The staff was friendly for the most part, but they weren't very communicative. I had to reach out multiple times for info and it would’ve been nice if they'd been clearer during check-in about hotel amenities. A little more attention here could really enhance the experience.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the bustling center of Kuala Lumpur and close to many eateries and shopping areas. Being right next to the central business district made it super convenient for exploring. I loved being steps away from iconic landmarks like the Petronas Towers.

The location was convenient, although about a 20-minute walk to KLCC, and the overall experience was very pleasant with just a few minor areas needing attention.
