I recently had a stay at Fraser Place Kuala Lumpur and overall it was pretty great, but there were a few bumps along the way. The location is spot on, right in the center of the city and near the Petronas Towers, and my room was clean with a super comfy bed. However, the breakfast was a letdown, lacking flavor and variety. Also, the communication from staff could use some improvement, particularly at check-in.

I had a fantastic 4-night stay at Fraser Place Kuala Lumpur. the friendly staff welcomed me warmly. and I loved the spacious 1-bedroom suite upgrade. The location was convenient, although about a 20-minute walk to KLCC, and the overall experience was very pleasant with just a few minor areas needing attention.
